Course Bookings

Green Fees
Details are per the package details. (Discounts are available depending on party size)

Catering
Details are available from the Bar Manager on 01388 762429. All catering arrangements must be finalized at least 7 days in advance of day of your visit; failure to do so may result in disappointment. (Special arrangements must be made through the Bar Manager)

Tee of Times /Arrival//Etiquette
Tee of Times are generally between 10.30am and 2.30pm. Depends upon the number of holes being played and the size of your party. Weekdays are fairly flexible with most time available, Saturdays will be between 9.0 and 11.0am and after 2.00pm (depending upon availability), Sundays after 2.30pm. Final tee times will be available form the Professional shop, 3 days prior to your visit.
Arrival at the club should be in good time to finalise golfing and catering details and to be on the first tee at your allotted tee off time. Please report to the professional shop who will finalise your arrangements for the day.
Etiquette for the day. Parties must play in groups appropriate to the day, either three balls of four balls. Please adhere to local rules on the day, remind your party members to replace divots, rake bunkers and repair pitch marks. Slow play is not acceptable, please keep up with game in front, and if you are losing ground please let the game following through.

Course warden
Our course warden will most probably meet you on arrival. He is there to ensure members and visitors have an enjoyable day. If he advises a course of action, please adhere to his instructions.

Golf buggies
Golf buggies are available for hire frorm the professional shop, either per round or day rates are available. Please adhere to the booking conditions and follow the rules set out. Failure to do so will result in players being asked to leave the course. Loss of deposit will result if visitors are found to be not complying with the booking conditions or rules for use on the course.

Deposits
Golf – A £5 deposit for each member of your party must be paid, on booking. This deposit will be taken off the final cost of the day.
Catering – When booking packages that require meals a deposit of £4 will be required from each member of your party. This deposit will be taken off the final cost of the day.
Generally deposits are not refundable, if your party has a concern any refund will be at the discretion of the secretary.

Complaints
All complaints must be in writing to the secretary and will be addressed accordingly by the club officials.
